Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp. The role involves explaining our products/services, answering customer queries, and converting enquiries into orders. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers who enquire about our products/services

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp

• Explain products, prices, and offers clearly to customers

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders

• Follow up with interested customers regularly

• Maintain a list of customer enquiries and update their status

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders and availability

• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

• Achieve sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)

• Comfortable speaking with customers on phone

• Ability to convince and build trust with customers

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone usage

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
