Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads and schedule meetings for our Digital Marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and Branding.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain digital marketing services clearly to business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call business owners, startups, and decision-makers from provided data
• Introduce company services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development)
• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
• Understand client requirements and pass details to the sales team
• Achieve weekly & monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads – training will be provided)
• Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
• Confident and positive attitude
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Experience:

• 1–4 years in Telecalling / Sales / Business Development
• Experience in Digital Marketing agency is an added advantage

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience)
• Attractive Incentives on performance
