Telecaller – Spiritual E-Commerce Sales (Inbound)

Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers for our Inbound Spiritual E-Commerce Sales team. The role involves handling incoming customer calls and assisting customers in purchasing devotional and spiritual products. Proper product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle inbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner

·        Explain spiritual and devotional products clearly (training will be provided)

·        Assist customers with payment-related queries and order confirmation

·        Update customer details and call information in the CRM system

·        Follow up with customers when required

Products Handled:

·        Pooja items

·        Rudraksham

·        Gemstones

·        Yantras

·        God idols and other spiritual products

Requirements:

·        Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)

·        Language: Fluentin Tamil (mandatory)

·        Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving their doubts

·        Basic computer knowledge

·        Ability to guide customers confidently during payment process

Preferred Qualification:

·        Basic knowledge or interest in Hindu spiritual items will be an added advantage
