• 🔹 Key Responsibilities📲 Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
• 📌 Follow up on inquiries and maintain client database
• 💬 Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• 🎯 Convert leads into confirmed clients / appointments
• 🧾 Maintain proper call records and updates in system
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal team for smooth execution
• 🔁 Handle follow-ups and nurture leads effectively

• 📅 Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / telesales
• 🗣 Strong communication skills (Tamil + basic English required)
