Job Responsibilities

• Call potential candidates and explain training programs

• Follow up with leads and maintain candidate database

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Provide course details and schedule demo sessions

• Coordinate with the HR and training team

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Tamil & English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good convincing skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
