Telesales Executive

Uptail Private Limited is working since 2016 with its branches on Chennai and Surat. We are one of the first dropshipping platform in India that enables thousands of online sellers sell products online profitably.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive who can connect with potential customers, explain our platform’s offerings, and convert leads into paying clients. This is a sales role and is ideal for someone who is target-driven, persuasive, and fluent in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
• Explain services and benefits to potential customers
• Understand customer needs and pitch the most suitable plan
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest
• Handle objections and convert leads to sales
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of telesales/telemarketing role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Tamil Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce, dropshipping, or online business models is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must have a mobile with sim
• Familiarity with spreadsheets to track daily work
