Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective clients, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
• Generate and qualify leads for property sales
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
• Schedule property site visits and meetings with sales managers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience into Telesales.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
