Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Promotion: Make calls to potential clients, introduce insurance products (health, motor, life), and explain features/benefits.
• Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs through effective questioning to recommend suitable policy options.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and ensure timely sales closure.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on policies, claims, and renewals.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
• Training: Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Strong verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening skills and empathy.
• Organized with attention to detail for data entry.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills for CRM/data entry. 

Typical Experience:

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance is often preferred.
