Telesales Executive

A Telecaller – Real Estate is responsible for contacting potential customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote property sales and generate leads. The role involves explaining project details, pricing, and key features of properties, as well as understanding customer requirements and qualifying prospects for the sales team. The telecaller schedules site visits, follows up regularly with interested clients, and ensures proper coordination with the sales team to support deal closures. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in ZOHO systems is also an essential part of the job. Candidates should possess good communication and convincing skills, basic knowledge of real estate, and the ability to handle targets and sales pressure. A degree or diploma is preferred, and both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales can apply.
