Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to call scripts and company communication standards.
