Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update customer database and call records.
• Follow up with customers for pending sales or documentation.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer processing.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM systems).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Qualification:Any Degree / Diploma.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience:0–2 years experience in telesales / telecalling preferred.
