Job Role Overview
Handle telesales for political digital poster subscriptions. Call users, onboard them to a 15-day free trial, explain features, and convert them into paid subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and explain Premium plans
Assist users in creating and sharing their first posters
Onboard free trial users and convert them to paid plans
Maintain client relationships and explain pricing packages
Record call data and user feedback
Requirements
Any graduate
1+ year experience in Tamil voice process
Excellent Tamil communication skills
Strong negotiation, objection handling & pitching ability
