Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telesales/telecalling team
- Drive SAP course enrollments through outbound & inbound calls
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide training & coaching
- Handle high-value leads and close admissions
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with sales & marketing teams
- Maintain CRM and ensure proper follow-ups with leads
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Telesales / telemarketing management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of SAP courses / IT training industry (preferred)
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- CRM and reporting skills
Preferred Industry Background:
- Candidates from Banking / Financial Services / Loan Sales / Real Estate Sales background are highly preferred
- Experience in handling high-value customers and closing sales is an added advantage
- Female candidates preferred
