Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 7 to 8 Customer Relationship Officers (CROs).
• Drive sales performance through field coaching, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Conduct joint field visits with AMOs for on-ground training and target alignment.
• Ensure customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.
• Monitor input metricsattendance, meetings, productivityto optimize efficiency.
• Resolve on-field challenges, ensuring seamless execution and consistent target delivery.
• Onboard new Booking Offices and strengthen customer relationships through regular field interaction.
