Job Description ::


We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B SME sales The role focuses on field sales, new client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth within the assigned geography.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive new client acquisition for FTL logistics services across SME customers.
  • Identify and understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable transportation and supply chain solutions.
  • Generate leads through field sales activities, cold visits, and referrals.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings within the assigned territory.
  • Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, pricing, and closure.
  • Manage and grow SME B2B accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure high customer retention, reduce attrition, and increase wallet share.
  • Convert qualified leads into first-time buyers and develop existing accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and support teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Lead and support team members to achieve business objectives (if applicable)
