As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and promote best practices within the team and organization.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and continuous integration systems.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Skilled in identifying areas for automation and driving efficiency improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
