Test Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to evaluate and test sample and batch-wise products based on defined quality parameters. The candidate will be responsible for conducting functional testing, documenting results, generating test reports, and supporting product validation activities. The ideal candidate should have basic English communication skills and a basic understanding of technology gadgets, operating systems, and PCB-level concepts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and evaluation of sample and batch-wise products as per defined parameters and quality standards.
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing for new and existing products.
• Identify product defects, deviations, and inconsistencies during the testing process.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test reports, observations, and documentation on time.
• Ensure proper testing of consumer electronics and IT products such as smart devices, audio gadgets, peripherals, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, Quality, Production, and Technical Support for issue resolution.
• Maintain testing records, batch reports, and product validation documents systematically.
• Assist in troubleshooting product failures and provide technical feedback for improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing test trends and reporting findings.
• Ensure adherence to testing timelines and reporting schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge or interest in tech gadgets, consumer electronics, and IT peripherals.
• Understanding of Operating Systems (OS) and device-level functionality is an advantage.
• Basic awareness of PCB components and electronics concepts is preferred.
• Ability to generate structured reports and documentation.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple product testing tasks.
