8.           Ensure the timely completion of abnormalities identified by the Safety patrol with help of PM Team.

9.           Ensure ZERO Production Loss Hours due to Accident.

10.         Implementation of JIT/KANBAN to control the Inventory.

11.         Ensure optimum utilization of machines/resources through monitoring & measurement for improvement in resource conservation.
