Tower Technician Executive

 Job duties

• Installation: Build, install, and replace antennas, cables, and other hardware on towers.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
• Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and structural issues.
• Safety: Conduct safety inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Documentation: Document all work performed, including maintenance logs and equipment status.
• Teamwork: Communicate with team members and supervisors, and work as part of a crew.
