Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer to train and mentor students/professionals in full-stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on project experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Deliver classroom and online training sessions on MERN Stack.
• Provide practical exposure through real-time projects and assignments.
• Explain frontend and backend integration concepts clearly.
• Train students on database design using MongoDB.
• Guide students in developing RESTful APIs using Express & Node.js.
• Conduct mock interviews and technical assessments.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and coding exercises.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Support placement-related technical preparation.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of:

• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience in REST APIs and CRUD operations.
• Knowledge of Git and version control.
• Basic understanding of deployment (Heroku / AWS / Vercel is a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in MERN Stack Development/Training.
• Prior training experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle batches independently.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
