Training Manager Learning And Development

• Content Design & Development: Create high-quality, engaging learning content including e-learning modules (Articulate Rise/Storyline), instructional videos, presentations, manuals, and infographics.
• Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and structure technical information into digestible learning modules.
• LMS Management: Upload, test, maintain, and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Instructional Design: Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to create sound educational experiences.
• Multimedia Creation: Develop and edit engaging multimedia content, including audio, video, and screen recordings.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Create quizzes, assessments, and feedback surveys to measure learning effectiveness and employee progress.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Authoring Tools: Proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Instructional Design: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Creative Content Creation: Skilled in video editing, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud), and visual storytelling.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
