📌 Designation: Bus Captain

🕒 Shift: Evening & Night (6 days/week)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Manage smooth passenger boarding and ensure timely reporting at pickup locations.

Assist passengers to their seats and ensure all onboard facilities are functioning properly.

Contact late-running passengers and guide them to the correct boarding point.

Travel along with the bus and return the next day (8–14 hours journey).

Maintain daily checklists and report operational issues.

Handle spot bookings and maintain proper records.

Communicate with passengers during and after the journey for feedback and ratings.

🎯 Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel daily with buses and maintain punctuality.

Professional, polite, and customer-friendly behavior.

Tamil fluency is mandatory; basic English preferred.
