🚍 Job Opening – Bus Captain

📍 Designation: Bus Captain

🕒 Shift: Evening & Night (6 Days/Week)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth passenger boarding and timely reporting at pickup points
• Assist passengers with seating and ensure onboard facilities are functioning properly
• Contact late-arriving passengers and guide them to the correct boarding location
• Travel along with the bus and return the next day (8–14 hours journey)
• Maintain daily checklists and report any operational issues
• Handle spot bookings and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with passengers during and after the journey to collect feedback and ratings

🎯 Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage

• Willingness to travel daily with buses and maintain punctuality
• Professional, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; basic English communication preferred
