We are looking for a detail-oriented Travel Booking Coordinator to handle travel and accommodation bookings for our staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of travel booking platforms, and the ability to ensure cost-effective and timely arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with staff to understand their travel requirements, including destination, dates, and preferences.
• Book bus, train, and flight tickets and arrange hotel accommodations for employees as per company guidelines.
• Provide staff with detailed itineraries and booking confirmations.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, costs, and invoices for company documentation.
• Research and provide cost-effective and comfortable travel options.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s travel policies.
