Focus towards Decentralization	Train, Monitor and effective Decentralization of disbursement Process to Branch Ops
Improvement in Productivity	Consistent achievement of Team Productivity within TAT and Productivity has to be mapped with respective users
Compliance with all regulations & product norms	Adherence to all the internal and regulatory policies
Identify , eliminate process & system bottlenecks to ensure high FTR	Process Improvement
Cross Functional Training	all the team members to be trained at least in 2 activities beyond their role
