We are hiring experienced professionals for US Mortgage & Lending Operations roles including Process Executive, QA, and Operations Team Lead.

• Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
• Experience: 1 – 6 Years
• Salary: ₹5.5 – ₹6.5 LPA

• QA (Quality Analyst / QA TD)
• Operations Team Lead (Ops TD)
• 🧠 Key Responsibilities: Handle US Mortgage / HELOC processing, underwriting & closing activities
• Review loan applications, borrower documents, and financial data
• Perform quality checks, audits, and compliance validation (TILA, RESPA, ECOA)
• Monitor workflows, SLAs, productivity, and team performance
• Identify errors, perform RCA, and ensure process improvements
• Coordinate with US stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation accuracy
• 🛠 Required Skills: US Mortgage / Banking / Lending experience
• Consumer Lending / Commercial Lending / Underwriting
• HELOC Processing & Closing knowledge
• Strong understanding of compliance & documentation
• Good communication & analytical skills
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience required (No Freshers)
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)

Must be comfortable with Night Shift & Chennai location
