Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web automation.
• Experience with test frameworks like PyTest, unittest, or similar.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Behave or Cucumber.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
