Stream : Robotic Power Automation

Primary Skill: Power Automation

Secondary Skill - UI Path

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers across multiple projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere / UiPath
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance models
• Manage and support multiple RPA production support projects simultaneously
• Perform solution architecture, effort estimation, and delivery planning
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, performance issues, and production incidents

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on RPA development
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferred) or UiPath
• Strong experience in solution design, and development
• Solid understanding of RPA architecture, control rooms, and bot lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Nice to Have:

• RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere / UiPath)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, or cognitive automation tools
