Job Summary:

Tambora is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Event Execution Manager to oversee vendor management and ensure seamless execution of events from planning to completion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate all event vendors (decor, catering, entertainment, logistics, etc.)
  • Oversee complete event execution until successful closure
  • Ensure smooth on-ground coordination during events
  • Handle event setup, dismantling, and safe return of materials to the godown
  • Monitor timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during execution



Requirements:


  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure during live events
  • Prior experience in wedding/event management preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
