Venue Admin & Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a Venue Admin & Customer Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for customers. This role is central to managing bookings, handling inquiries, supporting tournaments, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the venue.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication in Tamil & English
• Good phone and in-person etiquette
• Basic computer literacy (Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business)
• Customer-first attitude and a passion for sports is bonus
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership of responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sports Management / Hospitality / Communication
• 1–3 years experience in front office / admin / customer service / event coordination (sports, hospitality, or recreation preferred)
