Video Content Producer

Job Description — Video Content Producer Corporate Thalam 25 is looking for a creative and responsible Video Content Producer who can ideate, script, and produce short-form video content for our digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with our in-house studio team, use our studio space, equipment, and editors — their primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality final content.

This role is project-based and ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital content, and visual creativity.

📌 Responsibilities1. Content Development Write scripts and content plans for 10 videos per week (each 5–6 mins after edit).

• Prepare concepts for:

• Office comedy skits
• Myth-busting content
• Short podcast-style clips
• Social media storytelling
• Submit content ideas for approval before shooting.
• 2. Shoot Execution Spend 3–4 hours per week in our studio for shooting.
• Work with available studio equipment (camera, mic, props).
• Coordinate with the team to record clean, high-quality footage.
• Ensure performance, framing, and creative direction match the approved script.
• 3. Production HandoverDeliver all raw files to the editing team.
• Guide the editors on tone, pacing, and creative expectations.
• Ensure final output delivered by editors matches quality standards.

📌 Requirements6 months–2 years experience in content creation / video production / YouTube or Instagram content writing.

• Strong skills in:
• Scriptwriting
• Creative thinking
• Basic camera understanding
• On-set coordination
• Ability to produce engaging, clean, and high-quality content.
• Comfortable working inside the studio environment.

📌 Work & Payment Structure Weekly Deliverables:

• 10 videos (5–7 min each after edit)
• Total expected shooting + writing time: 16 hours/week
• Payment:
• ₹3,200 per week
• Based on ₹200/hour calculation
• Monthly budget allotted: ₹30,000
