Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. Your primary focus will be creating high-impact visual content for social media, specifically Instagram Reels, and designing professional marketing assets using Canva and the Adobe Suite. The ideal candidate has a "social-first" mindset and understands how to make content go viral.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing: Create, edit, and assemble raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.

Social Media Design: Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and carousels that align with brand aesthetics.

Canva Expertise: Use Canva to create quick-turnaround graphics, presentations, and video templates while maintaining high quality.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, trending audio, and transitions to keep content fresh and relevant.

Graphic Design: Develop logos, banners, and digital advertisements using Photoshop or Illustrator.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and storyboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design (Agency experience is a plus).

Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, and Photoshop/Illustrator.

Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram’s algorithms, aspect ratios (9:16), and engagement tactics.

Creativity: A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through video and clean design layouts.
