Video Editor

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Junior Video Editor who has hands-on experience editing personal branding videos for founders, coaches, and business owners.

This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, hooks, and audience psychology, and can edit 12 minute personal branding videos, Reels, and YouTube content that build authority and engagement.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Videographer, and Content Strategist to produce scroll-stopping, high-retention videos for Instagram, YouTube, and ad platforms.

Role & responsibilities

• Edit 12 minute personal branding videos for founders and professionals.
• Edit Instagram Reels, Ads, and YouTube videos in multiple formats (9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 1:1).
• 
  
• Select best raw clips, cut to beat, add hooks, captions, and engaging subtitles.
• Ensure high hook rate, strong storytelling, and better average watch time.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form viral clips.
• 🎨 Creative & Design Work
• Apply modern font styles, font pairings, and clean visual hierarchy.
• Create festival creatives (Indian & global events) with strong visual appeal.
• Convert influencer & founder shoots into ad creatives and organic content.
• Suggest meme-based edits, trending formats, and creative video ideas for niche brands.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical & Software Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Intermediate)
• Cutting, sequencing, beat sync, transitions, overlays, subtitles, AI tools.
• Adobe After Effects (Basic / Entry Level)
• Motion effects, animations, template customization.
• Efficient use of MOGRT files and third-party templates from Envato, Motion Array, Mixkit.

• Study viral hooks, trends, and personal branding content patterns.
• Collaborate with the social media & creative team during content planning.
• Maintain daily edit reports and task updates.
