Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for our brand. The candidate should be able to create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, product videos, ads, and event coverage, ensuring excellent visual quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot videos for products, store walk-throughs, staff/customer interactions, events, and promotions
• Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and Ads
• Plan video concepts with the marketing team (script/shot list/storyboard)
• Handle camera setup: lighting, framing, audio, and stabilization
• Edit videos with proper color correction, music, captions, and effects
• Create different formats (vertical / horizontal) as per platform requirements
• Maintain proper file storage, backups, and project organization
• Ensure brand style consistency in all videos
• Coordinate with models/staff during shoots to get good outputs
• Deliver final videos within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Editor
• Strong knowledge of camera handling, composition, and lighting
• Good understanding of audio recording (mic setup, noise control)
• Experience in editing tools like:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects (optional but preferred)
• Experience in mobile content creation (Reels/TikTok style edits) is a plus
• Creative thinking and trend awareness (viral reels editing style)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of social media trends and engagement formats
• Experience shooting fashion / lifestyle / retail products
• Basic knowledge of:
• Motion graphics
• Thumbnail making
• YouTube optimization (optional)
