About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in shooting and editing videos, working closely with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality video content for social media, product promotions, campaigns, brand storytelling, and training purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

• Shoot high-quality videos (events, products, interviews, training content, reels, ads, campus visuals, etc.)
• Plan shoots with the team, including shot lists, lighting, setup, and scripting (when needed)
• Handle camera setup, audio equipment, lighting gear, and framing for professional-quality outputs
• Capture b-roll and on-location footage

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into engaging and polished content
• Add transitions, effects, animations, background music, subtitles, and branding elements
• Create videos optimized for each platform – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, WhatsApp, etc.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and video quality across all assets

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign needs
• Suggest ideas, creative concepts, and trending formats for content improvement
• Deliver projects on time while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer & video editor (portfolio/sample work required)
• Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar) – added advantage
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• Creative mindset, strong visual sense, and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with social media trends, reel/video content styles & marketing content

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in creating viral short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)
• Knowledge of digital marketing or brand storytelling
