Variable Marketing Program Analyst

Vincent Analyst

The Analyst will lead the administration of the various Variable Marketing Programs in IMG / China / US markets.  Job responsibilities will include authoring incentive programs, ensuring their launch on a timely basis in Vincent application and coordinating Variable Marketing (VM) activities with selected markets and supporting all Setup elements

Variable Marketing (VM) Program Administration: 

• Developing Program & Announcement Templates. 
• Authoring Incentive Programs & their related Program Announcements. 
• Support application Security Administration. 
• Manage dealer claims and reconciliations 
• Work closely with the Retail Marketing (RM) Teams & the various market stakeholders to ensure timely releases of VM Programs. 
• Ability to understand the suite of application reports to assist the RM Team & markets in VM Program Analysis 
• Support the drive for consistency across markets for adherence to IMG Retail Reporting & various VM Programs. 
• Support the development of desktop procedures for new markets plus the ongoing administration of desktop documentation. 
• Support Retail Marketing initiatives & projects on ad hoc basis.

Position open to SG5 but SG4 and below grades can also apply as Lateral 

• Good analytical skill and Strong English communication skill – verbal & written. 
• Strong Excel skills - both formula and data handling  
• Exposure to process automation & related technologies  
• Previous experience in application based process is preferred  
• Flexible to work in multiple time zones and rotational shifts (i.e Early morning (AP process ) and late night shifts (US process) )       

Preferred but not must includes  

• Automotive experience including an understanding of dealership operations 
• Analytical position with exposure to Marketing in pervious roles
•  Knowledge on Retail Marketing & Sales process, awareness on Dealer communication bulletin (DCB)
