Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agent

International Voice, International Non-Voice, Domestic Voice and Telesales - Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.

Mode of Work: Only Work from office

International Voice and International Non Voice - US Shift (Night Shift) and UK Shift

Domestic Voice and Telesales: Day Shift and No Cab Facility.

No of Openings: 50 plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Handling customers query and request for the services

·        Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience (fresher’s with excellent communication)

·        Should be ready to work in pure night shift (Between 5 PM to 10AM any 9 Hrs.) - For US Shift

·        Saturday/Sunday No fixed off - For US Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Excellent English Communication Written & Verbal.

·        Minimum 6 months experience into any International process for both Voice and Non-voice

Freshers for all the night and day shift

·        Any Graduation with no backlogs.

·        Age criteria: 18 -27 yrs.
