Job Summary:We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Voice Support Executive to handle inbound calls for our Insurance Process. The role involves assisting customers with policy-related queries, claims support, and providing accurate information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, renewals, and coverage details
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
• Achieve individual and team performance targets (Quality, AHT, CSAT)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of insurance processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & listening)

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Minimum 10th pass can also apply)
