Waiter / Steward

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Stewards and Captains to join our F&B service team. The role involves delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesService OperationsGreet guests and provide a warm welcome
• Present menu and assist guests with selections
• Take accurate food & beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained
• Guest HandlingEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
• Provide personalized service to enhance guest experience
• Team & Floor Management (Captain Level)Supervise and guide stewards during service
• Manage floor operations and table allocations
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
• Train team members and maintain discipline
• Monitor service quality and upselling
• RequirementsSteward: 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
• Captain: 3–6 years of experience in F&B service
• Good communication skills (basic to fluent English)
• Presentable with good grooming standards
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Salary RangeSteward: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000
• Captain: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000+
