Role Summary : The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall supervision, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the hostel. The warden ensures a safe, orderly, and supportive living environment and enforces hostel rules and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities : Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules
• Supervise students and monitor daily hostel activities
• Ensure safety and security of residents and hostel property
• Manage hostel staff such as caretakers, security, and housekeeping
• Handle student grievances and resolve conflicts
• Maintain attendance, visitor records, and incident reports
• Coordinate with management, parents, and authorities when required
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of facilities
• Oversee meal arrangements and hostel facilities
