Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Manager & Supervisors

Work Location: Padur, Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordination with logistics teams
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies
• Optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
• Handle audits, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
