Warehouse Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities: ● Packing Support: - Assist in packing products as per company standards and instructions from the Warehouse Manager. - Ensure materials used in packing are correct and not wasted. ● Product Segregation: - Help in sorting and organizing products based on type, size, or dispatch requirements. - Maintain clarity and order in the segregated zones to avoid confusion. ● Warehouse Cleanliness & Maintenance: - Keep the warehouse area clean and organized at all times. - Dispose of packing waste, damaged items, or extra materials as per instructions. ● Loading and Unloading: - Assist in loading and unloading goods during receipt or dispatch of inventory. - Handle goods carefully to avoid any damage. ● Inventory Assistance: - Support the Warehouse Manager during stock counting and inventory checks. - Report missing, excess, or damaged stock to the manager. ● Daily Tasks Execution: - Follow the daily work plan assigned by the Warehouse Manager. - Be punctual, disciplined, and responsive to instructions. ● Safety & Hygiene Compliance: - Adhere to basic safety guidelines inside the warehouse. - Use gloves or protective gear when necessary. ● Support in Warehouse Movements: - Move goods to designated locations as instructed. - Help rearrange storage racks or items as per layout changes.
