Summary:

Designs and develops backend microservices for Payroll and Onboarding using Java and Spring Boot. Implements REST APIs, workflow orchestration, rules engines, payroll and conversion pipelines, document and KYC services, and integrations with external and internal systems. Builds asynchronous processing, security layers, logging, monitoring, and API gateway patterns.

As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring they remain relevant and user-friendly. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the web applications, contributing to a seamless user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Hadoop Administration, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
