Job Overview:

We are hiring skilled and motivated Welder / Fitter candidates to join our manufacturing team. The role involves performing welding and fitting tasks on metal components, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using TIG, MIG, and Arc welding techniques
• Work on sheet metal fabrication and fitting tasks
• Read and understand basic drawings or instructions
• Assemble and fit metal components accurately
• Ensure quality and strength of welds
• Maintain tools, machines, and work area
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of welding techniques (TIG/MIG/Arc)
• Basic understanding of sheet metal work (preferred)
• Ability to handle tools and equipment safely
• Attention to detail and quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or below
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• No English requirement
