Precision Welder (MIG/TIG/ARC)

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Welder in India specialized in building complex profiles with high accuracy. The role requires mastery of TIG for fine, aesthetic joints and MIG/ARC for structural precision. You will be responsible for interpreting technical blueprints, prepping thin-gauge materials, and using specialized jigs to prevent heat distortion. A "measure twice, weld once" mindset is essential for maintaining the tight tolerances required for high-quality profile fabrication.

The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of experience working with Mild Steel, with a proven ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections using vernier calipers. Beyond technical skill, we value experts who prioritize safety protocols and can troubleshoot weld defects like porosity or undercutting on the fly.
