Welder / Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fitter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery as per technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assemble and fit mechanical components and structures.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and functioning of equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma or relevant certification in Fitter trade or mechanical field.
• Proven experience as a fitter or similar role.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Welding or fabrication knowledge (if applicable).
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
