*Zonal Sales Manager (Chennai Region)*
Role Overview:
- Lead and manage the sales team in the Chennai region, driving sales growth, achieving store targets, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee store audits, staff performance, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for Chennai region stores.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Chennai market dynamics.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales staff across Chennai stores.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure staff training on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Store Operations & Audit:
- Conduct store audits.
- Ensure stores adhere to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Address operational issues, propose solutions, and drive store-level improvements.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across Chennai stores.
- Monitor customer feedback, address issues, and drive service improvements.
- Reporting & Collaboration:
- Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and insights to regional management.
- Experience:
- 3-5+ years in retail sales management, with at least 2 years in a zonal/area manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
