Job Description: -
Single point of contact for all Customers and Customer related issues in given Zone.

Continuously drive customer satisfaction in given zone by proactively reaching out to customers, understanding and resolving their concerns.
Act on all escalated customer issues.

Major things to be taken care of - Rent on time in full and Property maintenance. Will be responsible for owner success by ensuring these.

Handle regular monthly updates and making sure every customer is contacted every 45 days.

Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
