Team Leader

* Handle own individual sales targets.

* Lead and manage a 3-member sales team.

* Drive daily field activities, client meetings and closures.

* Plan and achieve monthly targets for team.

* Train each and motivate team members.

* Track performance daily, reporting and pipeine folow-up.

* Ensure high-quality customer and repeat business.

* Minimum 1-3 years experience in field sales / tele-sales / agency sales,

* Prior team handling preferred.

* Good communication in local + basic English.

* Strong closing skills and target-oriented mindset.

Salary: 735,000-745,000 + Incentives
