Production Manager

Universal Bags is looking for a Production and Quality Manager who can efficiently handle both the Production Planning and Quality Assurance departments. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience and strong hands-on knowledge in the woven and non-woven retail shopping bags industry.

The company requires someone who can manage and control manpower effectively, ensuring smooth production flow and on-time product dispatch.

• Oversee daily production planning to achieve target output.
• Monitor quality standards at every stage to ensure zero-defect products.
• Coordinate with procurement, printing, lamination, cutting, stitching, and packing teams for smooth workflow.
• Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
• Maintain production reports and quality documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for workers to improve performance and product quality.
• Ensure timely resolution of production or quality issues.
• Maintain discipline, work allocation, and performance tracking of manpower.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards before dispatch.
